I understand that federal regulations dictate that my company may grant permission to solicit its employees for contributions to only one trade association's federal PAC in the years for which approval is given. Only a corporate employee authorized to provide solicitation approval can sign this form on behalf of others. If I have granted this permission, I understand that ASA will contact these personnel directly to solicit their contributions. I authorize SportfishingPAC to communicate with me and/or others associated with my company regarding PAC matters.

The PAC is political in nature. I understand that I am free to sign or decline to sign a prior approval form and will not be favored or disadvantaged by reason of my decision not to contribute. I understand that any contributions to SportfishingPAC are not tax deductible. I understand SportfishingPAC is required to report to the FEC the name and address of contributors who contribute in excess of $200 per calendar year.

Contributions are voluntary and will be used for political purposes. PAC donations must be from personal funds only; corporate donations are not permitted under federal law.
